Preparation

Structural Energy Awakening is a challenging therapeutic bodywork style in terms of thumb walking and holding energy lines. It will be much better if you practice some of the following exercises before coming to take the course:

  • Full-Kneeling
  • Half-Kneeling
  • Knee Strengthening

  • Thumbing Technique
  • Thumb-Walking

This will give you a good idea of what what SEA Bodywork is like as it is not like any most other massage techniques. In addition, you may want to do more Stretching and Body Rolling exercises to help open your body (legs, groin & hips especially) in order to be able do kneel easier before you come to learn.
